When this product arrived, I must admit I was slightly disappointed with the packaging. Yes I was aware that the packaging was recycled, however, this packaging does not do this good product justice-it looks cheap. But on a positive note, the organic credentials are positive. The oil itself has an intense wooded aromatic fragrance, which is quite long lasting. I use this oil with a base of organic extra virgin coconut oil, as the thyme oils is far too aggressive on its own to use. A very good product especially for the price, you will not be disappointed.The above comment was one I made last year I think. I received my new order, as I purchase this product every couple months or so. Listening to customers is all about making a connection with them, its about the company paying close attention to the customers individual needs & then understanding them. We in return help them achieve their goals. Now I am not saying it is due to me, however the new packaging is great & I love it. More to the point, you reacted to it so quickly.

Always consult a doctor if you have any doubts about the use of an essential oil or if you are taking medication at the same time. Use not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, children under 6, people with epilepsy or asthma. Do not apply the essential oil near / in the mucous membranes (eyes, ears, nose etc.). Always perform the allergic test before using an essential oil: apply 2 drops to the crook of the elbow and wait 48 hours. Respect the precautions for use, the routes of use, the prescribed doses and the durations of use.
