If you grew up “on your feet,” you NEED this in your life! My first job was in a restaurant and I’ve been working on my feet ever since and my hips, knees and ankles are TRASHED… so about 15 years ago, I started taking Osteo-Biflex. It worked GREAT till about 2 or 3 years ago. By that point, I was taking the highest dose level and a bottle of that was almost $50 for 80 ct bottle. Then I realized all I really needed from the supplement was the MSM! MSM is the active ingredient in the supplement… so I decided to just start taking the MSM by itself and that was the best decision I’ve ever made for myself!

Just got these and they’re kinda hard to swallow, however, I’ve only seen good reviews so I’m taking them!!! There’s no bad taste either!

Its okay.

This is the pills that I take Every day.

I haven't used it long enough to tell, knee still hurts and the hair hasn't grown back any faster yet.

Only dislike is because it was a caplet and not a capsule.
