Wow ! this makes my Chicken more tastier, even in veg item it makes different. Nice thick creamy texture.

Exploring its uses
Tried to use the cream as is for a mango cream dessert, and found the taste very different than other coconut creams I’ve used before. Also had a strange effect on my throat.A few months later, decided I’ll give it another shot. Used the cream in a cold coffee, whipping it - got surprisingly close to the authentic thing. Serves its purpose well for this use case!
