My neck is fine and I don't need the support that this collar provides. What I do have is severe sleep apnea which requires that I use a full face mask. When I wear the collar at night, it keeps my lower jaw from opening and prevents my head from slumping towards my chest. As a result, I get a good night's sleep with no apnea "events" and minimal air leakage from my mouth. I've tried elastic straps and other gadgets to prevent air leakage but none of them even come close to the effectiveness of this neck brace. My primary care physician is impressed with my repurposing the neck brace and encourages me to keep using it as long as I continue to get excellent results.

I purchased this soft foam neck brace after dealing with persistent neck pain, and it has been a game-changer. The foam is supportive yet comfortable—firm enough to provide stability, but soft enough to wear for hours without discomfort. It’s lightweight, breathable, and fits snugly without being restrictive.

I have had a painful neck and shoulder for a few months. My Orthopedic Dr was assessing it as a shoulder problem. I got this in an attempt to determine if it might be a spinal nerve problem rather than in my shoulder. The first time that I put it on it started to relieve my pain. It would appear that my problem was a spinal nerve issue rather than a shoulder problem. It turned out to be a great temporary aid to resolve my pain. I still need to see a spinal orthopedist to determine how to resolve, not just treat my problem.I'm 5' 8" and purchased the 3" collar. At my height, it may have been better to get the 2.5" collar as the 3" one does chafe a little.

The cervical collar was ordered on Tuesday, 6/4/25 and arrived on Thursday, 6/6/25 before 6PM. It was securely packaged but very stiff and hard against my neck. I was hoping it would be comfortable and support my neck. It has a Velcro attachment and upon receiving it I wore it for a short while. I decided I will be returning it and pick out something else that will hopefully be supportive and not be painful.

I have a very thin neck, and this was such a perfect height to support my head. I had been in an accident years ago and needed to mobilize when doing certain activities; this was perfect!

Ive seen these neck braces for $30+ and I cant imagine they would be any better than this brace. It's easy to wear. and my pillow app tells me that I am not snoring as much.

Have nerve problems and disc disease in my neck and I hoped to be able to sleep with no pain of pinched nerves but it is not possible. Might not be able to correct without surgery. It felt good but it did get extremely hot and I did start to sweat in just a few minutes. I don't think that it's comfortable without a place for the chin. It will hold the neck but it gets so very hot. At least if you don't have a very long neck it will fit but it's not very comfortable at all.

I have neck issues and I wanted something to wear around the house and while watching TV that would keep my neck in a properly aligned position, but this is extremely stiff which is uncomfortable, and the worst aspect is that the space between the top of my neck and my collar bone isn't long enough, or big enough to wear it without it kind of choking me. In other words, it's made for people who have very long necks! UPDATE: But, the reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the company contacted me after my 2 star review and insisted on giving me a full refund! So, I have to say that their customer support is wonderful and that stands for a lot.
