M12.
This hammer drill is excellent. Especially for just doing tap cons. Lightweight, very strong battery life is excellent.

Great tool
The rotary hammer was great. It worked great drilling anchors in brick and in the concrete. The only sad thing it needs SDS drill bits and they are pricey. So if you order the drill you need to order the bits also

Overall great hammer drill
This drill is great for getting into tight spaces, and it doesn't weigh much compared to the M18 drill

A step from a hammer drill!!
I live in Jamaica and assist my wife with her interior decorating business (hang mirrors, shelving, pictures and curtain rods etc)Our building codes are heavy on reinforced concrete even interior walls, so I have an M18 hammer drill and was having fatigue issues even drilling 5/32 holes for 3/16 tapcon screws (especially overhead work installing curtain rods). The new building method is now "forms" and a truck just pours the concrete and after a few days, pull down the "forms" and voila house built, no more block and steel. The downside to this is the concrete is even tougher and a challenge over time with an M18.Enter this M12 SDS ! And what a difference this is! perfect for 3/16 and 1/4 Tapcon applications with little to no fatigue.Very happy and great tool

Works great and at a great price!
A lot of fellow woodworkers recommended this unit after telling them we were in the market for a hammer drill that was quieter than typical hammer drills and more powerful. This thing is a beast. For a light weight 12v unit i didnt expect this much power. Also very comfortable to hold and use!!

The Red beatle tiny but powerful
Thus battery tool is excellent for small & medium duty jobs , saves time not Messing with looking for a power source or long cordsUnfortunately this model or seller did not include or offer with a larger capacity battery nor a 2nd battery, this package or kit an be found with 2 batteries or 1 @ 6.0 battery. & a Handel on side for support of tool when consistently drilling multiple holes , Handel is certainly useful. maybe your purchase will have two 4.0 batteries with tool purchase , definitely a necessity, if you are a professional utilizing daily. This item gets a 95 out of 100 for all around value. , but Milwakee’s power tool gets a score of 100 out of 100 score in my book , you certainly won’t be disappointed in this miniature mighty monster, try it out, you be the judge

excellent, lightweight product
I use this product to replace/install rock climbing anchors in granite. Compared to older Bosch drills that I use for the same work, this drill is a very lightweight alternative. It seems to hold up well given that it is probably not designed for this sort of use.

Amazing tool
I love this sds drill! Perfect for tapcons and way faster then a hammer drill. I suggest anyone in the trades have one of these. They are made for hammer drilling vs your drill that has an option for it. It will safe your drill in the long run.
