Gorgeous faucet; excellent quality
High quality. Very well made. Beautiful workmanship; no flaws. It is tall, but worked well on our sink. We bought the faucet with the small swan handles (not the crystal), very glad we did. It really gives the sink and bathroom a more luxurious feel. The clip-in hose connections gave us some issues, but we finally got them to work. I would suggest to the manufacturer that they look into upgrading those connections. But great product overall; even better looking in real life.

Handle breaks daily
This faucet is beautiful and looks amazing but is super cheap in quality. Each handle has a small gold piece on top that screws into the glass/Crystal looking handle piece. When you turn the water on and off, it comes off and you’re unable to turn the water off. It’s a daily struggle. I of course purchased all of my bathroom purchases as we started so I am past the return window. Waste of money.

Really lovely, but one of the wings was loose.
This thing is great. STOP LOOKING AT ME SWAN. I think about Billy Madison every time I bathe now. One of the wings was kinda loose, but I didn't want to send it back and deal with it so I installed it anyway.

Gorgeous set, but fills tub very slowly
This is simply beautiful to look at in every way. The only drawback is that the opening on the faucet is tiny and it takes a very long time to fill a tub
