Had a cooking burn on a non muscular area, cover the area well and contoured to the skin. Make sure surrounding skin is dry and free of creams, ointments, etc- did not stick to moisturized skin

These are excellent bandages worked fabulous stayed put and allowed my wound to heal perfectly.

Actual wound coverage size is much smaller than 4x4 -- more like 3x3.The rest is adhesive border.The bandage has a cooling quality paired with its absorbancy which makes them ideal for giving some pain relief from 1-2 degree burns and open wounds.Very easy to apply and remove when at absorbent level.If only Amazon also stocked a larger size....

These dressings are fabulous for burns or deep ulcer type sores.

Used on my venous ulcers, helped greatly with keeping wound moist and debriding at the same time. Made pain at the clinic minimal. Just need to switch about every 2 days, otherwise it will get stinky quick.
