These seem to be very honest and good snack. Full of good stuff. HOWEVER--and I am not knocking the product--eat them lightly if you have any doubts about your teeth as I do. The oats are little and dense and the almonds are whole and hard. It's hard to deal with one when the other is so mis-matched in size. I hope that makes sense.Other than the chewability issues I was pleasantly surprised. The raisins were soft and moist and the crispy bits were a good texture addition. One thing is they crumble quite easily and eating on the go would be difficult I would imagine.

Although called "Fruit and Nuts," the overwhelming taste is grain. Yes, they are sweet and chewy, but there's not much flavor beyond that.

These are good but you have to put them in the refrigerator if you don't want them to fall apart while eating. They are so soft that they crumble. You can barely take the bar out of the pack and hold the bar to eat it without it crumbling. Very good taste. They firm up perfect when refrigerated. Kinda hard because of it being cold. Love the almonds and fruit in them
