Professional Black Gold Soprano Straight Saxophone New

First thing I notice is that the high F# key isn't even attached, its on the bottom of the case not even on the sax. I repair it with a little bit of trouble and than put it together. It only comes with one reed and no reed case. The mouthpiece is extremely poor and crooked and in the neck the octave hole still has brass sticking out of it. The reed cracks to just pressure from the ligature. Ligature is already rusted might just be design but it doesn't look good, also pre-bent. G#/Ab key doesn't close all the way so it is always open, I cant play G. The distance from C to D is to big (might just be me, this is my first time playing soprano I'm and alto player). Overall, do not buy just because it says "Professional" on it; however, the saxophone that I received may have just been faulty (which also means the company does not check the saxophone before selling).

Got it for my daughter and she really likes it.
