Aromatherapy Associates The Atomiser Diffuser- Ultra Quiet, Waterless, Fully Portable Home Ceramic Diffuser

I own quite a few oil diffusers from water ones to to rechargeable battery waterless ones, this is the best one by far, pricey, but you get what you pay for, will be buying another

I did a lot of research prior to buying this product. I took a chance despite reading some of the negative reviews regarding the machine not working. Unfortunately all bad reviews written about this product are true..Positive:Smells fantastic when it works.Looks really nice.Light is a great little touch.Negative:Does not stay on long enough to workYou turn it on and within a few minutes it stops workingThis diffuser does not generate the steam or indicate that the scent is visually being released.For such an expensive product i would assume the company are aware of the issues associated with this diffuser.. maybe its a bad batch maybe its a faulty product in general..Honestly I bought this despite negative reviews as i had read some very postive online reviews... buy at your own risk you might get lucky or you may have the same issues i had. Product bought on 24/12/22 will be returned asap..

I loved this product at first. It looks expensive, and strong smell fills the room quickly.My first one stopped powering on after two weeks. I sent it back to Amazon and got another one. Within two weeks that one stopped powering on. I realised there could be a design fault and decided I better troubleshoot direct with Aromatherapy associates.Just as in another review here, when I contacted them they told me just to talk with Amazon. I asked them if I could instead troubleshoot with them since the warranty is with them. No reply.I emailed days later. No reply. It is clear they are checking emails as they replied to the first one swiftly - so I know they are actively ignoring me.I tried calling. The line always says it is busy, goes to answer machine.UPDATE: Customer service got in touch but seemed reluctant to help directly. I ordered a new one on Amazon, a third one, and it broke within a week!!! This is the third broken one now. There seems to be a big problem.

I bought 3 of these. One for each floor of the house. Excellent concept - unfortunately they all broke fairly quickly and don’t emit any scent.

The diffuser arrived in beautifully presented box. The diffuser is secure in the box with extra padding to keep it safe since it is ceramic. It’s not very heavy but had a ceramic weight to it. Very simple and easy to set up and as well as silent if you choose to place it by your bedside. I often use it more often in my hallway with the standard mode in the day. A very elegant but simple home diffuser. This would be a great house warming gift.

The first diffuser broke within a week, and the second one only lasted two days. The quality and durability of the product are clearly subpar. I would not recommend this diffuser to others, as it doesn’t seem to meet even the most basic expectations for a product of its kind. It’s essential to invest in a diffuser that can withstand regular use, and this one falls short in that regard.

Aromatherapy Associates are the best! Very intense and lovely perfumes. I’ve bought their oils for the bath from my spa and was excited to find this atomiser. I bought it for my daughter who had the Neom atomiser but could no longer use it as the China top had gone mouldy from the water. This atomiser does not use water, just oil, so will not cause the same problem. It is expensive but such good value for money. It makes the whole house smell like a peaceful spa. We’ll worth the money
