Works very well
Just a couple of teaspoons are enough for it to jellofy a dish. Not an exact jelly, ( a gelatin will work better in that case) but it's a great and preferable alternative.

Had to buy 2 packs that are half full. The packing could be smaller instead of making 2 containers. Not very happy with this
