Great lock, it connected to existing hub without trouble!
This is a great lock! I already had another one for the door leading to the garage, connected to a hub, so I did not need a second hub. The hub is some 30' and two rooms away, and the lock connected to it via Bluetooth without any problems.Pairing these locks with a Liftmaster garage door opener, with its own camera, is a great setup!

Great deadbolt
This was exactly what I needed to go with my garage door opener and cameras. I didn’t want to spend a lot on the subscription price and these are like 35 a year for one device and 100 for multiple devices for a months worth of video and can control from my phone from anywhere and can setup for guest

Good lock but connectivity is missrepresented.
Fit, finish, and function of the lock are fine but DO NOT trust the claims of MyQ connectivity. As of now, my lock is installed and functional but NOT connected. After following the various and somewhat different instructions in the MyQ app, the Yale lock instructions, websites, and support phone calls the lock would not connect. Yale support sent me to MyQ support who determined the MyQ module was likely deffective and referred me to Yale for a replacement. Yale claimed they don't have the module despite it having been packaged WITH the Yale lock. Yale referred me to back to MyQ for a replacement. MyQ said the don't have a replacement module either. Apparently the plug in module for the lock is stocked by nobody, supported by nobody, and somehow these magically appear in the box. After a long time on hold with MyQ, and to her credit, the representative determined that the Yale lock CAN'T BE ATTACHED TO AN EXISTING MYQ HUB WITH ANYTHING ELSE ATTACHED TO IT. This is not noted ANYWHERE that I could find. Both companies are at fault and need to fix their advertising/packaging if this is true. Again, to the MyQ reps credit, she is sending a new hub to use for the lock only. Don't know if that will work or not but at least somebody did something.UPDATE: Since the lever lock seemed to work I bought a deadbolt for the other door. The deadbolt connected easily. However, this caused the lever lock to DISCONNECT AND IT WILL NOT RECONNECT! Changing from 2 to 1 stars and would give negative stars at this point. DO NOT EXPECT THIS LOCK TO WORK WITH ANY OTHER MYQ DEVICES!

Great product but doesn't work with all MyQ base stations.
I wish I had known that Liftmaster's home MyQ products do not play well with their commercial MyQ products even though they have the same app.My business uses MyQ to control our garage doors (we have over 20) and our automated outside gates. We use the commercial Liftmaster devices because of our heavy use, our commercial grade garage doors and gates and the fact that the commercial stuff opens way faster. So far, so good.Bought this. Installed it. Easy, no problem. Tried to get it on the network and recognized. No go. Spent a few hours following instructions and trying again. Door worked fine, just didn't work through the app even though it was supposed to. My business partner tried without success. Our IT staff tried and failed. Tech support through Liftmaster wasn't much help. After an evening of frantic googling, I discovered that this doesn't play nicely with the commercial MyQ bridge -- even though that bridge is labeled as though it will work and is the most expensive bridge Liftmaster sells. This is not mentioned anywhere in the documentation or in the product description. I had to buy a second residential grade bridge to make it work.Once I did that, it worked great. Showed up in the app and I could operate all my old stuff and this new door lock right there in the app. Now, you would think I could have just replaced the bridge with the one that works with this lock, but you'd be mistaken. The door lock won't recognize my commercial bridge and my commercial doors and gates won't recognize the bridge this lock uses. It's absolutely insane. They're all MyQ products. They all show in the same app at the same time. But they really aren't compatible. I really expected more here and it detracts some from an otherwise fantastic product.Other than that, the lock works great and is amazing. Easy to code, easy to use, and secure. You couldn't really ask for more but it looks nice too and is a joy to operate. I want to give it five stars but I can't due to the installation issues.

Works great. Hub must be within 10 feet of lock for Wi-Fi to work.
Does what it claims to do. Great MyQ integration. Pricey but supported by two solid brand names. Excellent, fast customer support.Installation required a bit of adjustment to my particular door. I had to fiddle with the locking pin for keypad side lever installation which would not retract. Fortunately my “Macgyver” skills came to the rescue and I was able to complete the installation. maybe a defect or maybe I missed something in the installation instructions despite my reading them several times.Setup was fairly simple, just follow the instructions and don’t forget to push the check mark button after entering the access code in order to unlock (don’t ask why I point this out - facepalm).Had trouble setting it up to work with Wi-Fi despite having several othe MyQ devices working properly on my network. After speaking with customer support it turns out that the hub must be within 10 feet of the lock for Wi-Fi to work. Instructions simply state that they must be within Bluetooth range which I normally consider to be approximately 30 feet. Once I moved my hub, Wi-Fi setup was successful. Fortunately, my other devices were still within range.MyQ supports multiple hubs on the same network so it might be worth considering an additional hub when buying this lock.Overall satisfied with my purchase.

Good, Could be Great
Installation was easy. The initial build quality and finish look nice. Despite many attempts, I was unable to pair it with my iPhone. I was able to use an Android device to pair it. I like that MyQ combines the function of my garage keypad and door lock in the same app. I wish Chamberlain would integrate MyQ with other smart home systems like Google Home. I'd also like to be able to purchase the wireless module standalone for use in other Yale locks I have.
