Very impressed
I have a roof rack on my 100series land cruiser that holds a 40 in light bar. I purchased this light bar after reading some reviews. I also purchased a light controller so it not coming with a wire harness wasn't a big deal for me. Feels and looks like a quality made light bar and very easy to install. The evening after I installed it I went on the trails to test it out and I was pleasantly surprised with the light this light bar put out. It was like daylight in front of my SUV. The light went way down the trail and I saw a lot more wildlife because of the brightness. with my old light set up I rarely saw deer and when I did it was just a glimpse as they ran deeper into the woods and now for some reason they stop and look at my SUV for a few before slowly walking away. Although I don't recommend doing this but on the pavement on very rural roads I'd estimate it lights up the road for at least a half mile or more down the road making for a safer drive because of the wildlife that likes to cross the road. I'm very pleased with this light and definitely would buy again. I just wish they made a smaller light bar ( like a 4 or 6in) so I can buy them to point out the sides of my SUV for trails and camping.

Nice and bright
This light bar is great, I have had it installed for over a year at this point and it shows no signs of damage or dimming, even with branches, rocks, and rain hitting it on a constant basis. Easy to install with an amateur toolkit, although the wire could be longer.

Amazing design ideal, NO SCREW!
Amazing design ideal, NO SCREW!First of all, when I first saw this light bar, I was deeply attracted by their design ideas. Without screw design, the waterproof performance will not be disappointing.I spent a great deal of time researching different lights from all the manufactures. Many of these lights, from brand names like Rigid, Bulldog and KC, cost hundreds of dollars (one of the Rigid 10" lights here on Amazon sells for over $320). I fully understand the mind frame of buying the best. I usually take that approach as well but I really have a hard time in justifying that much money for something that I won't be using all the time.Through my research, I firmly believe that every led chip of this light is from CREE, it is so bright. The entire road is lit up in a bright white light including both shoulders of the road as well as any trees overhanging. The light is thrown down the road quite a bit - further than one can out-drive in usual driving. The waterproof is the highest level I have used so far, as they advertised IP69K and No Screw Design. Due to the inside of the light bar is not vacuum, there will be a small amount of mist when the heat is alternating, but after about an hour, the mist passes through the side breather drained out quickly, which was impossible for the light bar I used before. The waterproof of the previously used light bar is not as good as the one they advertised. Every time leaking water is a very headache.Cost/benefit, this is a great led light bar.

Good product . poor mounting
Love the product. Only concern is mounting brackets are too short for the 42 inch light bar if they where 1/2 or 3/4 longer would be perfect for direct fitments

You Won't Be Disappointed!
This lamp & harness assembly was purchased for use as a head lamp on a zero turn riding lawnmower that wasn't equipped with headlights. This light bar was bigger than necessary, but the price was too good to pass up. The light bar provides a wide lighting swath with a central beam that's bright enough to permit mowing well after dark. The kit includes the lamp assembly, all necessary mounting hardware and a harness assembly (with fuse, switch & relay). The use of a (high quality) Deutsch connector to join the lamp assembly to the harness will ensure that water intrusion at the connection will not be an issue. The only complaint is that no installation instructions are provided. Electrical connections are pretty obvious, but it would have been helpful for the manufacturer to advise that a 1/4" diameter drill bit is appropriate for the mounting bolts and that a 3/4" diameter hole saw should be used for the switch installation (plan on using a rat-tail file or small grinder to add a notch to the edge of the switch hole to accommodate the locating rib on the side of the switch).Quality is outstanding. If I needed a light bar for an off-road vehicle, ATV or boat; I wouldn't hesitate to purchase other products from 4WDKing. I'm thoroughly impressed.

Great budget buy!
This is basically the same thing as the Philips Ultinon 10" light bar. The only slight differences I see are the board itself, and the breather part number. The LEDs on the Philips line up just so slightly better than this one, but is it worth the extra $20? For me, yes, but it's not necessary and the light pattern they put out is virtually the same (same lenses and LEDs). The determining factor for me was that the power draw for this was 43.5W and the Philips was 46.9W - more watts the brighter, right? In theory yes, but that's less than 10% on an instead in power draw for the same number of LEDs.While I'm going with the Philips, credit where it's due: this is awesome AND includes the harness to boot!
