My personal favorite type of kimchi is aged, but stir fried is a nice alternative. The product is jam packed in the can so it feels just right for a side dish for a meal as is (heavy eater). Could even split it between 2 people and I would still be happy. Super tasty though ~

I tried this on a whim and I was not disappointed. A little sweet and savory, but all together nice quality taste. Because the product is canned, this was an excellent substitute for stewed kimchi.

not bad but very tomato heavy and not very spicy

First, this is Stir Fried Kimchi, not fresh. Everyone complaining about the lack of crispness, that's what happens when you stir fry cabbage. Second, this is vegan. Because of that it's going to taste different than the typical kimchi you get at most restaurants or from most sellers. But hey, those of us with shellfish allergies need to eat this kind or go without.So it's not going to be as crunchy as fresh, and the flavors will be slightly different than typical. DON'T EAT THIS IF THAT ISN'T WHAT YOU WANT.That said, I loved this. The flavor and heat are mild (the heat is about Taco Bell Hot sauce levels), but it's really delicious if you've been craving that kimchi tang but need a vegan version. There is a spicier version I'm going to try.

Good kimchi but the can has a cancer warning on it. The rest when in the trash.

Good tasting and fast delivery.

The flavor is perfectly balanced, not too spicy but the red chili comes through really well and the pieces in the can are not skimpy at all. I am very impressed with this product! I used half a can and added to beef bone broth and it was amazing.
