Fabric is very soft, thin and comfortable. Took me a bit of adjustment switching from high 1000 count sateen Egyptian cotton to a very thin, silky fabric. That being said, fabric launders nicely w/minimal wrinkling. Fit perfectly on a standard height mattress w/3” foam cushion and a mattress pad. Fabric feels cool and silky. Seems very well made. As far as cooling effect goes, it’s winter here, but not night sweating so far. Great product for the price!

I prefer the Serta Cool Max sheets for overall comfort but I am no longer able to purchase locally so appreciate being able to purchase through you folks!!

These were a gift and were well received, I heard back from recipients and they love them so far no thing to complain about, as a matter of fact they asked for info so they could buy another pair!

These have deep pockets wash well and do what they say

I put these on the bed during our stretch of hot summer weather. I didn’t find they helped keep me cool at all. In fact it felt like it absorbed heat. Will go back to my nice reliable cotton sheets.
