SWANSOFT8605 Pruner Pole, Tree Pruner Extendable, Long Reach Pruner with 7ft Length, No Pruner Included

With great hesitation I spent the money for the 1 1l2 " product. We have 20 acres and dozens of shrubs, roses, and 40+ fruit trees. I also bought the extension pole separately for trimming the higher branches. I receiwed both in about a week. This cutter saves so much time and energy. I've been using hand pruners and loppers for the past 40 years and don't have the same hand strength as when I was younger. Now just a light pull on a trigger does all the work for me! I have already made thousands of cuts with many more to come without wearing out my tendons and muscles. Each battery will make hundreds of cuts and the blades stay sharp. Keep them clean for a long life. Replacement blades are available if/when needed. That was the deal maker for me. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has a lot of pruning every year.

This pole is light with a very easy method to attach the pruner. With the pruner and this pole tree trimming is almost fun! As far as I'm concerned if you purchase the primer you should also purchase this extension.

Three have arrived without lower eye near trigger to hook strap to. Shows in picture but products (3) that have arrived are not as shown. These are defective and Customer Service's assured me they would take care of it but didn't. I will have to fashion something myself which I can do but that is not the point. Probably the whole lot is not as shown. The product itself I would rate a 5 but because of still not having the correct pole after 3 tries, I would say 1 for the experience. Very disappointing.

Overall it is easy to use, not to heavy.It does take a little time to take the pruners off the pole. The screws are very small and fall out of the holes when loosened. That could have been designed better. It is a great product for pruning fruit trees.

I use the pruners to cut all kinds of brush and small pine and cedar trees. I use the extension to cut brush off at the base so I do not have to bend over. I also use it to cut green briar and kudzu vines. It is the GREATEST tool….so fast and so much easier on the hands and arms than the loopers and manual pruners.

Great addition for the clippers they make. These are the best clippers we've ever had. Have a lot of sloped areas and it makes so much easier to clear with the attachment pole.

My husband can’t stop raving about the clippers. Enter the “pole” and he’s now reached a whole new pruning high. :) It’s the gift that keeps on giving.
