I absolutely love this. It is so fancy and cute and good quality. Make sure to read the instructions how to open it! I couldn’t figure it out at first. Blades are sharp and comes with several. So happy! Love the little pouch it comes with too! I cut my blade in a V to make it easier the way I like to use it.

Convenient for the blade, looks beautiful, but it’s not convenient to hide the blade in a case.

This lame is very cheaply made and it is difficult to put the blade in. It is difficult to unscrew and keep the blade from moving around while tightening. The blades are very flimsy. I haven’t tried to use it to score my sourdough yet but I’m anticipating a plain razor blade would be a better choice and less likely to cut yourself. I would not recommend this product.

Good luck opening and closing this lame without slicing your fingers on the sharp razor blade. Looks cute, but not exactly functional. I couldn't open it to replace the blade so ended up just wrapping the blade with duct tape (safety first!) and tossed it in the trash.

Works perfectly. It cuts so smoothly. We are rookie sour doughers and it was pretty straight forward and easy to figure out. It is super sharp so be careful.
