Simple yet Effective!
If you like to make summer rolls, or use rice paper for wrapping Vietnamese food then you need this. It allows you to dip the rice paper in and rotate quickly to get the paper all wet perfectly. The sides hold the paper well and it just saves so much space. When I was a kid, we would use a bowel for dipping the rice papers in, and a separate plate for the wraps. The first time I had seen one of these was at a restaurant and I thought it was genius. So simple, but so effective.Since we don't eat out as often because of the pandemic, it was nice to make these at home and have this for use. It really spaces space on the table, and makes the whole process so much easier and cleaner. If you know what this is for, and eat this type of food, then you should get yourself one. It is sturdy, easy to clean, and no water leaked out. I like it.
