Excellent Gaming Chair, but Poor Installation Service
I recently purchased this gaming chair from Amazon, and I’m very happy with the product itself. The chair is sturdy, comfortable, and well-designed for long gaming or work sessions. The materials feel premium, and the chair rolls smoothly on the wheels without any issues.However, the third-party installation service was extremely disappointing. The technician never showed up, and there was no proper communication or update from their side. I ended up assembling the chair myself, which was manageable thanks to the clear instructions, but I expected better service, especially when an installation option was provided.Overall, the chair itself is fantastic and worth the purchase, but don’t rely on the installation service. Be prepared to set it up yourself.

Low Quality Chair
Got a low quality chair for 16k rs. There is something poking out from the seat and damaging the fabric. Also hurts to sit on the chair because of this. Warranty does not cover this defect and was informed by them that it would cost 4k rs to fix. There is no value of the warranty.
