I use this herbal supplement to help digestion after having my gallbladder removed. It has mint oil, black radish extract, and artichoke extract. Raphacholin is a popular, traditional supplement used in Poland to support bile production and thus, combat gas, bloating, indigestion, nausea, constipation, and to enhance peristalsis due to the compromised bile production. In cases of gall stones, it is to be used in consultation with a physician, because it may lead to the migration of the stones to the bile duct. Otherwise, excellent herbal supplement to help digestion, especially fatty foods. In indigestion, 1 to 2 tablets to be taken 30 min after a meal. In constipation, 2 tablets to be taken in the morning and in the evening 30 min before a meal. Please note that the leaflet is in Polish. I read Polish and so can enjoy the benefits of this herbal supplement. I have been using Raphacholin for decades, except when I was diagnosed with gallstones. I recommend this product and an excellent seller.
