THE PRODUCT WAS ROTTEN
The product I received was in unacceptable condition, with rotten content inside the cleansing foam, which I unfortunately used on my face without realizing. This has caused me great distress. I expect a full refund and compensation for this issue, along with an explanation of how such a product passed quality control.
