Quality
This filter traps the water out of my truck's diesel fuel system. Was a perfect fit on my 3/4 ton Dodge truck.

Did I get a returned product? Did not come with all the seals/o-rings
After some months I finally opened the box to install the filter. I think I received a returned product. In the picture there is a seal and an o-ring. The bag inside the Amazon box was already opened, and only had the filter, missing the seal and o-ring pictured. I can't tell by the description if the seal and o-ring should be included (other then being in the product picture) but since the bag was already torn open, I believe someone took those out and returned it, and I've received it in that condition. The filter fit perfectly (on my 96 Ram), and I just reused the seal and o-ring on my truck, since they were in acceptable condition, but would have liked to have the new seals to replace. 5/5 for the filter itself, but I chose 3/5 because not everything pictured was in the box.
