I’m not known for brief reviews… and I do tend to go off topic and sprawl random stuff for ages about the things I buy… and how they impact me…. But let’s try one last time to be concise;These apple boxes are beautifully made and perfect for you. I love mine…. I bought two.I’m a photographer - and I can’t wait to use them… I can’t wait for them to get a. It tarnished and beaten up… old looking Apple boxes are the best!I dropped one star off the rating though…. But this has nothing to do with the quality of the boxes… it probably has everything to do with Brexit - and my urge to rant for hours at this point is quite palpable!It’s quite possible if you’re good with a saw etc to make your own apple boxes. There are some great YouTube videos out there. I would love to have a crack at it one day. I don’t have any wood though… and I lack all the cool saws you really need to pull off a good attempt. So I decided to bite the bullet and buy these. They are expensive!But it wasn’t until I got a £74 bill from DHL to import these boxes into the UK from Italy that I really started to freak out! I’m incensed! I didn’t vote for Brexit - but for those that did… thanks VERY much for this kick in the nuts!There is no note anywhere on this item in Amazon that you will need to pay extra to get these boxes over the water. I love my Apple boxes - gonna use them for life… for good photos…. But paying £74 duty on top because we’re not part of the EU any more? Well that makes me want to set fire to a list of specific politicians who created and then enabled this utter farce.
