Neoflam 11-Inch Eela Grill Pan with Bakelite Handle and Ecolon Non-Stick Coating, Deep Blue

I wish this had been around years ago as I struggled with my (very expensive) cast iron grill pans which I could hardly lift. This performs beautifully, heats quickly and evenly, and can just about everything you would do on a BBQ grill except supply the smoke. I've grilled salmon, veggies, peaches and apples ...nothing sticks and with one quick swipe under the tap it's almost 100 % clean/Amazing!It's light, it works as it says it will, it's my life-saver and would be for anybody who loves to grill and hates the mess.THANK YOU.

After few use I find some of the part are harder to clean but I still like the quality of the products.

does not cook eggs without using oil. also pan does not heat evenly all around. There were cool places when cooking bacon and had to move bacon around so they would cook evenly. the grill on the bottom interferes with cooking. Live and learn. Would not order this again.

So nice to have a gridle style pan that's a few inches deep. Cleans up really well and the blue color looks great. Perfect for bacon

Best grill pan I have purchased! It takes the heat and keeps going plus it conducts the heat well and evenly! Holds 3lb tri-tip roast no problem diagonally! High walls reduce spattering. I use with plastic coated tongs to avoid any possible scratching. Big plus....it is forged meaning there are no annoying bolts holding the handle on...just a smooth super easy to clean BY HAND! Note that pan is heavier than others I have used, but I atribute this to the quality of the pan. Nothing I have cooked has stuck at all even chicken in teriyaki marinade residue came right off!
