Good Quality Water Filter
This water filter is great. I only use it to wash vegetables and for brushing my teeth. I stopped buying water from the store so it saves me tons of money. I had it installed since I don’t have time to play around trying to figure out how to do it. Good size, although it takes up most of my unseeing space. I can’t comment on the taste since I don’t use it for drinking.

Excellent product. No after taste. Clean water. Kills germs/bacterias/virus
this filter is pretty amazing. It is so good at removing hard water that the water boiler i use does not need to be cleaned even after months of use (no sediments at the bottom). The water has no chlorine taste. The PH is higher than tap water (I have the meter) at 8-8.5PH and the dissolved solids is very low (also have a meter) compared to bottled water and tap water. Because it has an internal bladder that hold i believe 1 gallon of water, you can run out of tap water and still able to drink water from the reservoir. It is very well designed with great quality materials. The UV light kills any remaining germs/bacterias/virus in the water. This is an investment in your health.

Express installation!
Super easy install with everything being color coded and clear in the instructions, brought my PPMS from 420 to 30 before completing the flush even! I’m not a plumber and it was very easy to do would recommend for anyone

Great RO system for the price
Easy to install and came with very thorough instructions. The water tastes great and the flow is as expected. The main filter housings are a bit difficult to thread all the way on and it took some force to get them to thread all the way to the point of compressing the orings and not leaking at all. I like That there is a leak prevention/emergency valve that cuts off the water to the unit if water is pooling under the sink.

11 stages filtration Alk&UVSystem
The media could not be loaded. First Thing First:I love the idea of sterilizing the water through the UV Light. that's why I got the 11-stage system. But this UV Filter stage needs a small improvement. I am not an engineer but I think its something very easy to do it... you can check my concern in my reviewOn the other hand, This thing is BIG. the whole filter system...Under a regular sink with a food garbage dispenser, it would not fit on the same side of the cabinet's wall with the water storage tank. Because of the waste food dispenser under the sink, the water tank will not fit on that side. However, not a problem because of so many filters that need to be changed regularly, is better to be face out for easy access. But I had to make a small modification to my cabinet to hang up the filter system...After connecting all the tubes in the connectors I had absolutely No Leak. Now lets talk about System performance with real numbers for home use:Before my first glass of water drinking from the system I flushed the tank as the company said more than 4 times. Actually I flushed it out 7 tanks. Before everything I measured the pressure in the empty tank and I got 8 PSIin the 2nd tank flushed out I got 2.48 gallons until the tank got empty.3rd tank 2.72 gallos4th tank 2.77 gallonsThey said the tank is 3.2 gallons of water capacity. and if you don't have that amount of water you should to stretch the tank's bladder. As I did. After I stretched the tank's bladder I got for5th tank 2.98 gallons of water6th tank pretty much the same but less.To empty the water storage tank I got these numbers:For the 1st gallon you need 1- 1/4 mins for the 2nd gallon you need about 2 mins then the pressure gets lower and lower ... However to empty the whole tank 2.95 gallons of water it takes about 5-1/2 minsTo fill up full tank till the system auto shuts off :I have 65 psi water pressure in the system which is great .For that pressure, the System needs 1H 15 mins - 1 H -30 mins to fill up the storage water tankDoing a short easy math, in 5-6 hours the system can provide about 12 gallons of waterIn 24 hours 48 -50 gallons /dayIn the technical specification, they said the production Rate is 50-100 Gallon/day. So the lower number is the right number.BUT my big con is the efficiency. I didn't make any measurements yet, but I can say that for a gallon of drinking filtered water, you going to waste on the sewer probably more than 4 gallonsPROBLEMS:1. I found slow dripping water drops in one of the UV Elbows that was preinstalled. I unscrewed that elbow, added new teflon tape, and the problem was fixed. No leak at all in any points or any connectors. Sounds pretty straightforward but is not like that easy after all the system was water-pressurised. It takes time to shut off the system and flush water from the whole system and the tank and even so you still have some water in the filters.2. I wanted to have a pressure gauge that I got separately. There was another problem because after I tied up the Ro Membrane Filter Cap the angle elbow from it was not face up as in the picture and it was about 45 degrees back and the gauge didn't have space anymore. Needed a 90-angle elbow to be able to fit that gauge...Happy with that gauge pressure. Anytime you can check exactly what water pressure you have in a system. That thing should be in any kit.I have no idea how efficient is that UV Lamp but for sure you need to invest about $60 or more to make it right.1. They advise you to have a surge protector for your UV light tube if it will be plugged in the same outlet with your Garbage Disposal. That is about $15https://a.co/d/5cvexbB2.In most cases you have a socket under the sink where you feed the waste disposal that has a switch in the wall. To power UV light all the time you will have to buy another outlet with air switch for disposal. That is about $ 35.https://a.co/d/5ftWD2h3. To install that button you need to make a whole in your sink or countertop you need a Hole Saw Drill Bit for Hard Metal which is about $20https://a.co/d/ftygO8ENow, about the Sanitizer UV Light Filter.THIS SHOULD and MUST BE IMPROVED !!!Such a shame that this UV bulb is always on and they did not design an electrovalve or something working in tandem with the System's "Automatic Shutoff Valve" to turn on the UV light Bulb ONLY when the System is running and filtering water. Many people complain that the UV House is getting HOT. Of course, is getting hot as long as the water is not running through the UV sterilizer house. No reason for that UV bulb to stay on as long as the tank is full and no water is circulating through the system. If the UV light bulb will stay on only when the System produces water the life of the UV Bulb will be way much longer. Depends on how much water you produce. For a small family 2 adults and a kid, you probably are going to use 1 - gallon /day so, the whole tank is good for 2-3 days. Imagine that, to fill full the whole storage water tank ( let's say 3 gallons ) you need 1H 30 MIN... So the UV bulb SHOULD stay on for only 1h 30 min in 3 days, ONLY when the system filters water. But... the bulb is actually always on that means 72HOURS...So 55 times more energy wasted and 55 times shorter life for UV Light BULB2nd Problem.Even Having just overnight water stuck in the UV sterilizer housing with the UV Bulb on you going to have almost boiling water in there. and when the System starts running filtering water, that hot water it would be pushed into the storage water tank bladder which is nothing else than a rubber tire inner tube "butyl rubber" .I didn't do any research about the interaction between the polymers in rubber with hot water. If they leach more toxins with hot water than the cold water... Lucky us... after that water sitting in that rubber inner tube for 3 days there is the last stage PAC Filter that the water gets through before we drink....Nothing is perfect but I still believe is going to be heltier than purified water from PET:))Stay hydrated!

Great quality and value!
Great product and value. Additionally, the customer service is excellent, very accessible, and helpful. We now enjoy drinking this filtered water instead of plastic-bottled water; for some reason, the taste is enjoyable, and if it's cold, even more so. Thank you for a great product and value.Michael A.
