Update: I kept taking these pills and have noticed more of a difference in my breathing, so I think maybe they do help. I guess you just have to take them a little longer than I did before my first review. I decided to up the stars to 4.Original review: I have asthma and thought this might help me somehow. It may be helping some, but nothing major so far. They are normal sized capsules with no after taste. Maybe it will work more after taking it longer. I am not sure about the price though. Seems to me to be a little high. If it helped more, it might be worth it, but as of right now I am not sure if I would spend that much being unsure if taking longer would help or not.

This was an incredible discovery for me- after taking for a week i noticed wheezing stopped and much easier to breathe in dry hot climate- occasional pain has not returned and will likely take this for many years going forward-

Made me sick and they won't do a refund
I'm taking these pills for over a week and about 20 minutes after I take the pill I get really bad stomach cramps. I came back on here to get a refund and they won't refund for this product. Says a lot about the company if they won't stand behind their own products.

good ingredients
I chose this because of the ingredients. I have a mast cell disorder and some of the stabilizers I use daily are quercetin, bromelain, and C and this blend contains all 3 of those. There are other blends I use that contain most of these included ingredients, but also pycnogenol. This one does not include that "herb". Although by taking this supplement my symptoms did not appear better or worse, in the future I will probably stick with the blend with the pycnogenol included. This would be excellent for allergies of many varieties.
