These flanges work as expected.My cup is size 34B. I ordered 24mm flangers. I found them to be a little too tight. Should have gotten a size bigger. However, they work well and are easy to clean. The best part is that they dry fast after washing or sanitizing. Because the flanges come apart, they are also easy to use with hands free pumping bras.I would recommend this product.
