Migraine relief without an Rx!! Best brand!
I've been taking a migraine rx for years, first Imitrex (sp?) but that made me super nauseous! So now I take Zomig which only makes me a tiny bit nauseous for a few minutes. However it's spendy since I was getting a migraine every other to every few days. And without an Rx they stick around for about 3 days and are pretty much debilitating. I even tried botox for them but the migraines figured that out and moved down into my eye socket away from the botox. Sigh. And no OTC meds will help if one has already started. My doctor heard that B2 could help with migraines and suggested I take it daily. OMG! After about a week and a half they were gone! Seriously it was like a miracle! I'd had them since I was a child and nothing ever worked to prevent them. Not that this is perfect, they do break through about once every few months, especially if I forget to take the B2 one day or when I watch a 3D movie. I just keep the Zomig on hand for that. I am so grateful for this miracle I had to share and hope it helps someone else with a similar situation! Tried some other brands but this one seems to deliver the best results. Others im guessing the potency isnt as good as I had too many breakthroughs. Now if I could only find a similar cure for acne...

Good for avoiding deficiency
Just don't take it at night, it's like caffeine. Good morning B-vitamin and I think it's doable for most people on an empty stomach. Though last time I did that I became extremely hungry and my mind was going going going. It'll Rev up your brain a bit when had with a meal. It's no miracle though. Other than that don't know much more about it at the moment. It's a nice dose, actually pretty damn high for riboflavin, whereas 500 Mills is considered high for B5 and B6, etc. I plan to buy "B-Right" by Jarrow soon, and that'll cover me with this supp. I was wanting to get the highest of each B vitamin and so was buying separate 500mg supplements of everything, but now I don't feel comfortable taking such high doses. You end up having to split them up between the days of the week. Your body and especially your liver can only handle so much at once. So it's best to choose a moderate dose of everything (including choline, inositol, and PABA) together, that way you get some of everything daily and you don't have to fear that that 500 Mills of B5 plus 500 Mills of B6 plus 500 Mills of B1 will end of paralyzing you or some s***.

... B-2 supplements several years ago when when my neurologist recommended Migrelief (an OTC preparation that contains feverfew
I began taking B-2 supplements several years ago when when my neurologist recommended Migrelief (an OTC preparation that contains feverfew, riboflavin and magnesium) to help manage my chronic migraine headaches. To my relief - no pun intended - the Migrelief did ease some of my migraine symptoms, as well as produce another most unexpected side effect; the almost total clearing of my lifelong eczema.I mean, my hands went from being itching, weeping, cracking messes that I loathingly resorted to slathering in steroid cream constantly just for peace, to calm, healing skin in less than a week of taking the pills. I was thrilled, of course, but amazed that no doctor had ever recommended any kind of supplement to help cure my eczema.Obviously, I wondered which ingredient specifically triggered the remission, but didn't find out until the Migrelief supply on the Amazon Subscribe & Save program became unsteady, and since it was virtually unavailable locally, I decided that it was silly not to simply purchase the ingredients separately. This Nature's Way B-2 was the most economical way to get the 400 milligram daily dosage of riboflavin that is in Migrelief. For the purpose of experimentation, I began the individual supplements separately, and this is when I learned that it is the riboflavin that suppresses my eczema symptoms. That's amazing. Why don't more people talk about this? Am I the only one that has this reaction??Anyway, I would give the product 5 stars if a higher dosage pill would be made available... for someone who must take multiple pills daily, the four capsules needed of this product to get the 400 mg. dosage I require is somewhat cumbersome - I feel waterlogged by the time I'm done swallowing all my pills for the day!

I purchase and use this vitamins constantly. They are a great vitamin and I love the easy to open lids. Will definitely continue to purchase these vitamins on Amazon. The price is amazing.

I was put on this for my migraines, by my doctor so far it doesn't seem to be helping. It seems to be a good product though. I recommend it.
