Updated review:Definitely keeping these at 5 stars! We just returned from Disneyland and he was able to go on all the 40 inch rides! These made him plenty tall enough! They measured him every time, and each time it was obvious that he was tall enough. He had a blast, and it made paying for his ticket much more worth it!The one thing I would say is make sure to get a high top shoe or boot for ankle support.Original review:These are just what I was looking for! My 3.5 yo is 39 and 3/4 inches tall and we're going to Disneyland soon. We hoped he would grow just a little more but he hasn't.We got these to make up the difference, and with both pairs in his high top shoes he went from 39.75 to about 41 inches!So if that's why you're buying these, they worked for us! My son wears a size 8 shoe and these fit with no issue. He can also walk, run, jump, and play with them in.Disneyland here we come!

I bought these after my daughter developed a detached Achilles Tendon playing soccer. Her pediatrician recommended that she wear heel cups while the detachment healed along with a boot. She wears a girls size 3 shoe and these fit perfectly in all of her shoes and the ortho boot. They are a bit sticky on the underside to prevent slipping. If they get dirty, you can rinse them with a little cool water under the tap and the 'sticky' comes back! Her foot healed in no time and she found the heel cups to be very comfortable.

I wear a size 7.5 in women's shoes. I have ordered these in adult sizes, but they always feel to big and are uncomfortable. I ordered the kids size with much hope, but I'm not super happy with them. I can't go any smaller, so I kept them, but they are still kind of uncomfortable. I had a smaller pair I got from a doctor 10 years ago, they are ripping like crazy, but worked like a charm. I finally lost one in a move and needed a replacement. I'm keeping these because I'm tired of searching, but these are kind of big for a kid, in my opinion.

My son says they really help and uses them daily inside his shoes.

My 9yo son is an avid soccer player, 4-square, all around active kid. He developed Sever’s in both heels. These definitely could NOT be used in his soccer cleats because the lift would push his foot up too high. So, I recommend against buying for an athletic cleat or running shoe. Yet, they do work well in his day to day high tops. The ankle on the high top shoes is high and even if his foot slips up a bit it would be fine. He says they are very comfy. He will use them in these shoes only. They stick very well and do not slip around.

My son was not happy with these. They move around too much inside his shoe. If they stayed out, I'm sure they would do the job fine. They aren't a good choice for a kid who prefers his shoes to be a bit loose.
