Multi-Sourced Collagen Turmeric provides both Collagen Peptides (Type I & III) as well as Undenatured Collagen (Type II). While the Grass Fed Bovine Hide Collagen Peptides (Type I & III) are enzymatically hydrolyzed (broken down into its amino acid building blocks), the Chicken Cartilage Collagen is Undenatured, because this is the most bioavailable (absorbable) form for Type II Collagen.
