Bought this to build my trauma first aid kit and was able to fit everything inside securely. The only minor improvement I would want to see would be additional molle webbing added to the outside so small pouches can be fastened to make smaller common first aid stuff like bandaids more easily accessible.

Plenty of space for all your supplies. I can fit my blood pressure cuff, stethoscope, and full size bottles of wound cleaning products with extra room to spare in the center. Lots of elastic holders for your shears, pens, thermometer and more. Highly recommend!

No dividers, top is a flap and items just fall out no way to secure.

I was shocked at how fast it got to my house. Its small enough to stay in my truck without getting in the way, big enough to put my kit together. It surprised me the bag was put together well could be better but will work well for my needs. well worth the price

Doesn’t properly close. Items fall out every way imaginable. Terribly designed. I don’t recommend and will never consider buying this item again.
