Perfect replacement for my Harbor Bay fan
I’d give this ten stars if I could. My old one died and I took a chance ordering this. Not only did it look just like my previous one it worked on my model fan without even programming. I couldn’t be more pleased with the convenience and price

Functionality
This was a replacement item for a ceiling fan we've had for some time. It works perfectly!

Compatible with standard issue Hampton Bay celling fan/light. Be sure to double check wiring.
Super easy to install. Fits nicely into the fan mount housing. Only reason I don't give it 5-Stars is the instructions mention fans with lights and having multiple switches to operate them, but doesn't mention anywhere that you need to combine the two remote receiver power-in lines (I forget the colors so be sure to read the instructions, they are clearly identified) so that the remote control will operate the light and/or the fan. Otherwise, really nice being able to control the light or fan without having to get up and use the wall switches. I spent and extra 20 minutes researching and confirming that you do need to connect three wires where the instructions indicate only two.

Great Product. Needed to replace a factory remote, e-z to set interior setting. Lights work and so does the fan. Would buy again.

Same as before
About four months later, I’m experiencing the same problems as I had before. The light will flicker intermittently. At this point I’m just gonna change out the fan because this has happened numerous times.

It works.
Got the combo just incase the receiver was damaged, which it wasn't. Following the simple instructions in the product images, I had the fan on and running within five minutes of taking the remote out of the box.
