Great book and tools
definitely recommend for anyone who has critical perfectionistic thoughts and tendencies, as this was recommended by my therapist and is based on research and evidence. Has a few tools/trackers that help change behaviour too!

Can Help Perfectionism!!!
I'm still working on this & it's Wonderful, it challenges you, makes you think, many exercises to do. I Highly recommend. It's definitely helping me get my perfectionism under control
