I did what it said drank 4 liters of water a day, broke a sweat everyday and a low fat diet every day on top of a tolerance break how this product is rated as high as it is totally beyond me

Drinking lots of water crucial. Cleanses your urinary and digestive system. Sped up my extremely slow metabolism and I lost a few pounds. Whole body felt great. Did I say water, water and more water. You will be thirsty. Love it,

The product does not remove THC from your system in a timely manner. I haven’t consumed any THC 1 week prior and did the full 7 day detox and waited another week after the detox and it is still in my system. I do not recommend this product to get rid of pollutants in your body. I now have to buy a bunch of products to make sure this hiccup does not occur again. Terrible product.

I took this product as told and did all of the “requirements”. I had not used thc for 34 days at the start, yet at day 43 I am not testing negative. Pretty much a scam product. Do not buy as they don’t give you your money back!

Cannot say for sure if it worked, already stopped smoking for 21 days before taking then took these for a week. At-homes tests were finally negative (very faint line though) after taking these for a week but I also haven’t smoked in 28 days so it’s probably a combination of both factors

MUST drink as mush as you can to flush your system, If you have more fat it helps to lose some since thc stores in fat. Sauna or workouts that make you sweat I don’t recommend cardio other than swimming

Waste of money and lies. I took it as directed and did the steps it says take, lote of water, exercise, low fat diet and it had already been 2 weeks since I had taken the legal versions and after using the whole bottle, still comes up positive.
