1B20Systems are excellent, extremely thin base, great hairline, perfect density. I like going with a lower density so that I don’t get the “wall of hair” effect, I’m also in my late 40’s so I prefer a more mature look. I like that my scalp can be seen when the hair is wet and there is bright lighting. I took these photos in very bright light with damp hair. I also went very short with this unit. I normally go a bit longer but wanted to see how short I could go.

Really good quality hair.Until it started shedding, leaving bald spots to the point that I look like I had alopecia. I am a hairdresser, so I know how to take care of wigs and things very defective or something.

This one has been shedding all day everyday since install several weeks ago.That being said, the film on this is extremely thin which makes it look pretty natural. Even the spots that have lost hair completely look like scalp.
