Doesn't weigh your hair down
Just for reference: I have straight, coarse Asian hair, unprocessed and untreated. Since my hair is naturally straight, I don't have much volume and my hair always looks flat when I want to wear it down. If I want volume I would have to blow dry my hair with a curling brush but I'm trying to refrain from blow drying my hair too much as it can cause damage in the long run. So I decided to start using sea spray. I normally use Sun Bum's sea spray and while it was good, it would feel like I couldn't get a middle ground... If I used too little, I didn't get enough volume. Too much, then my hair felt overly matte and it would knot up if I tried to run even a finger through a small section of hair. I found the sea spray by Crius to be much better. I was able to get the added volume without looking like I had a ton of product in my hair. It didn't feel overly texturized as compared to the Sun Bum brand and I sprayed my usual amount with the Crius brand too. By far, this sea spray seemed to give my hair more bouncy movement (as much as sea salt spray can give) than the Sun Bum brand. I would say this brand feels a lot lighter in the hair which is what I personally prefer. It also had a bit of a scent to it which I can't describe but its not unpleasant. It does dissipate over time. It was a super hot and humid day today so I took my dog for a 10 minute walk after I had applied the sea spray and it seemed to keep some of the frizziness at bay.

Very nice Hair Product - if the sprayer worked.
The Beachy Look!, I'm all for that. Actually my hair is short, already has curls and waves, but wants to go wherever it wants! I wanted some help to control the hair and to give it some volume where I wanted, so here we are, trying out this Crius Max Sea Salt Spray. The Spray itself is a nice clean and fresh scented clear liquid that looks like water, and lasts a while on the hair. The container is a sexy, slick-looking, slim, shiny black plastic bottle, with same for the modern sprayer. I have no problem with the contents, my hair looks great, has the right amount of volume, is soft, and staying where I placed it while it was still damp. *The 4 Stars is because of the "defective" sprayer. Disappointing! I've tried everything to get it to suck up the contents and produce a nice spray - the handle moves and works but nothing happens. Tried locking/unlocking, removing the whole apparatus and trying to suck up water from a bowl - nothing! Finally poured some of the contents in my hands and applied it that way - a real pain, but at least I got it in my hair! The product is very nice, good scent that can be used by both men and women, made in the USA.

Meh
I love texturizing sprays. I generally lean more toward finishing texture sprays, but I do occasionally like to use sea salt spray when my hair is wet so I'll have loose waves for at least part of my day. My hair is fickle, I know there's no product that will last a full day maintaining my fine hair and keeping it frizz free so I try not to judge too harshly. But i really didn't notice much control or style after using this spray. I applied it to my semi-damp hair and worked it throughout giving it a good scrunch and then added another light coating. It seemed to take my hair double the normal amount of time to dry, and it dried as poofy as if I hadn't applied any product at all. I've given it a few tries and has disappointing results each time. I will say my hair smelled great, but that's about the only positive I had.

Gives moisture and takes away the frizz
I have hair a little past my shoulders, it is naturally wavy on it's own but it's naturally frizzy on it's own also, very frizzy. I sprayed my hair with a little water mist then I applied this Crius Cosmetics Texture Max Sea Salt Spray, I did spray quite a bit onto my hair, I then let it air dry as I don't like to use hair dryers too often and I was in a hurry. My hair dried more wavy than usual and wasn't frizzy, it also wasn't crunchy and it wasn't oily, to be honest it looked like I had spent the day on the beach, my hair just had that look, I like it. This has a light scent that doesn't stay around after it dries. My hair actually feels more moisturized which is weird to me as I had put salt on it. I don't think I will use this every day but it's great for a different look every now and then.

Works well for waves
I have naturally wavy hair that goes frizzy so I really can’t let it air dry. I washed and worsen dried my hair and applied this. It does have a strong smell. I can’t really place what it is. Not fruit or flower, not suntan oil smell. It’s not bad, but not my favorite either. I wish I could place what it is! Anyway I applied this and scrunched my hair and then put it up in a loose bun to dry. When I took it down the next day I have nice waves and the frizz was controlled. My hair was soft which shocked me because beach sprays normally leave my hair crunchy. I had to touch up my hair a bit with a curling iron but it did cut down my styling time for sure. I’m going to use this method a lot!
