I like RPM parts, they're tough and durable. But during the install of the front skid plate I noticed that the RPM M4x14 screws appeared to be longer than what was necessary. After I installed it I checked and sure enough the front differential was not functioning properly and the wheels would not roll. The gears were getting bound up and it took too much effort to roll the wheels. Thankfully I had some shorter screws (M4x12) in my parts kit. Now it works perfectly! But I thought I would pass it along.

I love this bumper, it looks so much better than the factory and it is much stronger! Can’t go wrong with RPM!

As all RPM products go this thing is super tough. Had a real hard bash on it on the first day I got it and had no problems. Keep in mind this bumper will stick out a little further than the stock one

it's not a bad bumper. easy to install and cheap, seems to be well made. i drove it around a bit with this installed and it did ok but for the below reasons, i went and bought a stock replacement bumper for my slash 4x4 and put this one in a bag to use as a spare part if needed.1. it sits a little closer to the body than the stock bumper, so the shell is up against it even at rest. i don't like that.2. the stock bumper has a little bar halfway up that re enforces the bumper, bracing it against the chassis at two different points. this new bumper doesn't have that little bar, so it has a lot more give to it than the stock one, so it pushes up against the shell a lot more especially when you run into stuff.like i said, it installed fine and i'm sure it would work fine, but for me it was worth the $12 at my LHS to just replace it.
