Works well enough - but costly compared my current product.
I use this during a gym session and also as my post-match rehydration and refuelling drink when I have been refereeing (rugby).It works well enough, though personally I prefer something with a refreshing flavour to it, rather than this unflavoured mix.However, the absence of flavouring is not my biggest gripe with this product - it is the cost.At the current price of £27.49 for 20 servings this works out at around £1.37 per serving. I have been using a similarly performing (flavoured) product from Nduranz that works out at only 73p per serving, so I would certainly not choose to buy this CNP product ahead of that one.I hope you find these comments helpful.
