Ordered a Seagate SkyHawk AI ST16 (16TB)Drive arrived in a box 30 times bigger than the hard drive. It was packaged ok.After installing in the NVR it made clicking noise and failed to start.No problem this happens from time to time.For peoples reference, if you have a failed hardware you will have to pay and post it back. Unlike others where it is free for defective parts.update. The second replacement has failed with 670 bad sectors. ( Maybe someone is not handling them with care)I bought the same brand from scan.co.uk and there one is working great still
