CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT!
The bookmarks were great and beautiful. I gave them to someone else to pass out and was informed the count of a 120 was incorrect it was only 60. I contacted the seller and the next day the seller responded to rectify the problem, ALSO, the person who had the bookmarks called me to apologize because the bookmarks were stucked together and it was her mistake. I quickly let the seller know. But what impressed me was the seller quick response to fix the problem. I will buy from them again.

Box Opened and Missing the strings
Super Disappointed that the bookmarks did not come with the strings. The bookmark is designed double sided. Notes are different on each side.The holes for strings are perforated, so would have to remove it before including string (if they came with them). Was unable to get a new shipment in time before event.
