Great budget travel kitchen knife
Always in my check on for trip, great to have while traveling to chop fruit or anything else. Holds sharpness pretty well, good feel to handle. Folding is a bonus.

Great value and quality, could improve design.
The Ontario camp santoku is an incredible value for the money. Fit and finish is very solid, and the steel takes an incredible edge readily. It is my go-to for smaller tasks, and the only reason it isn't used more for chopping is that the belly does not protrude enough to clear the handle. If the blade were perhaps 1/4 wider or the end of the handle brought in some, it would really improve the effectiveness of this design.Still think it was a great purchase and is an *almost* perfect cooking companion.

Broke on first day.
There's a lot to like about this little folding chef's knife. It's sharp out of the box and good for what it was designed for. However, while opening and closing it, the locking mechanism quickly stopped working, then a metal part fell out of the handle and the blade then just flopped around. Cool little knife, but apparently quite fragile.

Perfect cheap knife for camp kitchen.
No need to take your bulky kitchen knife to camping. And no need to warry about your best carry pocket knife when your friends cut sausages on a ciramic plate. It is relatively big. You can even serve a medium watermelon with it.

Sharp as a razor great

Perfect little camp or lunch box companion.
Inexpensive but great quality. At my work lunch room the plastic utensils provided can't tackle every job. This is thin and sharp. Folds up not taking up any space in my little lunch bag. Could use this easily as an edc pocket knife as well if needed. The blade style would open its uses to include food prep tasks, which is way better suited than my usual carry knives.

Was a great knife... for a while.
When I first got the knife, I loved it. It's the perfect folding camp knife. After about 6-8 months, though, the knife's locking mechanism broke... and now it's very floppy.

Nice knife
I was hoping for a better folding option for chopping and food prep, but it’s functionally the same as most folding knives. Your knuckles will still hit the cutting board with this knife. The santoku design keeps food from sticking to the blade, but I still prefer a fixed santoku knife just so your knuckles don’t hit when chopping. This knife would still be handy camping for light food prep and peeling fruit or veggies.
