Mueller Neoprene Elbow Sleeve, Black, Medium

Medium is usually my size for everything. I ordered this in size Medium and it has been a perfect fit. this sleeve is just what I was looking for. I injured my arm awhile back and sometimes I need just a small sleeve to put over it for relief when doing different activities. I went to CVS and they didn't have any of these sleeves, I wish I had looked at amazon sooner. I think Sports Authority may have had it but maybe I missed it.This was a great price for just what I was looking for. If you have big arms for an adult man than I'd recommend size Large or bigger. This sleeve is still a little tight and my arms aren't that big, but it's comfortable, I wonder how a Large would feel - probably too big.

Developed a bit of tennis elbow while doing all the demo for my kitchen renovation and it hung on through the rebuild and finishing. This sleeve helps a lot.I am 5'2" 125lb female and the medium is comfortable fit. I probably could wear small, however I would rather have less tight around the openings (and I have decent sized bicep muscles.)I believe that it speeds up the healing time and is helpful to prevent further damage wearing while doing the movement or exercise. I bought two so that I would be covered if both elbows kicked in at the same time and also to have available for added protection with strenuous exercise/sports.Price here is better than in the drug stores. I stocked up on two arms and two knees!I recommend this.

Honestly, these probably won't be used for much more than support for a sore elbow, and or tendons. I bought these to help with form during weightlifting, but they aren't too good in that area. Now, I just use them for support when I hitting the heavy bag, or if I have a little soreness in the elbow. For that, they work great!If you're looking for the perfect amount of support for weightlifting, go with the APT double ply, They're a bit pricey, but WELL worth it!

Does what I was hoping it would do - helps protect muscle/tendon along inside of arm/elbow from further damage while bowling. Never had MAJOR damage there, but started getting a bit more tender than I was comfortable with and did not want it to get worse. And so far this sleeve has helped. Not only has it NOT gotten more tender, all tenderness is now almost completely gone. But I still (& will continue to) wear it while bowling. I am a female with an elbow measurement of 10 1/2 inches, so bought a Medium since I was on the lower end of their measurement scale for that size. (Had read in other reviews that they run small). It is nice & tight, especially the lower portion, but would not want it any tighter. And I found that removing it by peeling it down from the top was a lot easier. BTW, I wear it when I vacuum, too.

The piece covering the sewed part is peeling off after only a few uses.

I use this for swimming for elbow and upper arm muscle strain. It stays in place well.

This is the second Meuller brace I bought. The first one is fine after years of use, I just wanted a backup. I wear it when playing tennis when I have elbow issues. I recommend it to anyone with elbow issues. It's comfortable and supportive.

I bought these Mueller elbow sleeves to wear while I play golf as I have had problems with both elbows over the years. This model seems fine, as have others that I have. I use the Mueller sleeves in addition to the other types I have and rotate them. So far they have performed well in reducing stress during ball striking.
