4 or 5 applications on average, but I have gotten as many as 7 applications from a few of them.

Q: Do you get 12 vials or 24? The title has a (2) in it that leads one to believe the purchaser will be getting a duplicate of something

I never got any duplicates, but there was only 1 fragrance I really liked. L'EAU D'ISSEY POUR HOMME, so it saved me a bunch of money by buying the samples.
