This is a great product. My truck s high off the ground so it makes it easier to work under the hood.

Waiting on refund
It was a gift… product is good strong but for the kind of floors i have. i need some other wheels for it. Had to return. They received it jan 4 and still no refund which states refund when receive. They have change the refund date 3 times already.

Damaged
This arrives in its box and looked like it had been dragged down the road and someone attempted to put the pieces back together and tape it back up. The parts were scratched in multiple places, almost looking like it had been used before. The cushioned seat also had a big cut in the side with the inner foaming exposed. The instructions were also terrible. Multiple sizes of bolts and no description on which was which. None of the parts were labeled.

Welded crooked.
My steps were welded crooked. May not seem like a big deal but it makes the holes not line up when adjusting height, but over all seems fair but over priced.
