I am addicted to these omg! If you like ginger like I do, you will love these. I've tried 4 different kinds, the chews, hard candy, dehydrated slices, and now these little gems. I've started so many people eating these and they all love them. They are soft, taste fresh, they're reasonable in price, truly a quality product.

I love ginger and like this product because it doesn't have so much sugar in it, like the regular crystalized ginger. A small amount provides enough of the flavor to satisfy a sweet tooth. But, it IS strong, so best suited for the ginger aficionados, if you eat it as a snack. Great to use in hot tea, but in anything where you might want a ginger flavor...like salad. I don't let the appearance prevent me from purchasing it, because I'd rather have a quality-tasting product rather than one that looks pretty, but is loaded with sugar and is a mess (fallen sugar crystals) to deal with. I have reordered it and will continue to do so.

My favorite candied ginger! I love that these are "soft" which gives them a nice texture. They are still firm but not like where you have to tear off bites like other candied ginger. They also are sugared in a way that is more subtle when you eat them - you don't get sticky from sugar and you don't get covered in sugar crystals. I love grabbing a handful of these! I buy the bulk back now to keep one at the office.

The "With Honey" led me to believe it was honey-sweetened, not so. Love the taste and chewiness but disappointed that there's a lot of sugar in it.

Bought some to use in a cookie recipe, but find myself using it in more and ore dishes. Added benefit is that it’s great to just nibble on. Very fresh product and I found the price very competitive. It’s a large container that might last a while if I don’t eat too much of it!

Very tasty as is. Good for cooking and confections. Not overwhelmingly sweet or covered in sugar. Not a diet food. Quite addictive.

Very good ginger tender candy bits, ginger is only 30% of ingredients, which are sugar first and then ginger. It seems to be mashed-up ginger mixed with sugar and formed into pieces. So every piece is tender and there’s no tough fiber. My preference is for candied pieces of ginger slices, but this is pretty good. With candied ginger slices from another brand, ginger is the first ingredient, sugar second.

Great taste. Fresh. Nice size. Good value. Works well for digestive system. Helps pain.
