Terrible customer service from Faucets and More
The one star is not for the product. I know that KWC products are excellent. What terrible is the seller, Faucets and More.I bought this KWC for $1865. But this seller only sent the spout, less control box.I contacted KWC who indicates that this model, 10.391.242.127, consists 2 parts, spout n control box. Other retailers sell this faucet for $2000 for the whole unit (spout and control box). Faucets and More does not want to give me the control box. They customer service is very poor. They take their sweet time to respond (weeks). I love the faucet, but what I am going to do with spout only?
