Would recommend
Very good. I have some health issues and I’m sure this is helping especially since my appetite has vanished, this is a real boost. Would recommend. Delicate on my stomach.

Solid 4 star so far….
It arrived and intact unlike some reviews I’ve seen.Only just started so unable to see if any difference, flavour isn’t the best just mix it with some juice or squash and tastes much better.So solid 4 stars so far

Amazing product
I have used balance tonic for a while now and I wouldn’t be without it! I add it to my morning smoothie, porridge or overnight oats and it’s really balanced my hormones and made that time of the month much more manageable. I love that it’s all organic, and no additives too, there are a lot of brands out there claiming to be natural and healthy but Rheal superfoods clearly only use the best ingredients that actually work! I recommend to all my friends and family

Not as expected
I have not been able to feel any difference after 3 months of use. I also found it difficult to drink just in water however when mixed with juice or yoghurt it was okay

Works
I was sceptical if I'm honest, I haven't ever really believed stuff like this could work but I figured trying it was easier than trying to see a GP and get them to actually help me . A week in now and this weekend I bounced out of bed with more energy than I have had for a couple of years. My bloating is going down, energy levels and concentration is up, I don't get up for work feeling so exhausted I could cry. I personally don't think it tastes brilliant but mixed with apple juice with a whisk and neck it back quickly and it's tolerable, the benefits are worth a bit of yuck factor in my opinion
