I received this diaper cake as a surprise gift. The item came in 3-4 separate layers that needed to be stacked on top of 1 another to create tiers. Other accessors like a crown, additional string of pearls & flowers needed to be placed. The remaining pearls & tutu were already attached.I loved this arrangement.The only drawback was needing to know what size the diapers were or at least the brand & the size to know if I could use them right away & maybe future diaper purchasing.

No I asked for bigger size diaper and she agreed. I got it and it's made in new born diapers. Very disappointed for the priceMade by ANNA k Jewells I messaged her. She messaged back yes she will make it with size 2 but 90 diapers instead of 100 .I was fine with that. Plus no topper in the box. I don't have time before the baby shower to send back. I have to fix it myself. Very inbaresin for my neice baby shower and she picked the princess theme

The cake was used as a baby shower centerpiece. Everyone loved it. It was the talk of the party!
