It's working well post surgery.
Great compression garment for lipo of the thigh, hips, belly, or flanks, (in any combination). Has a built in cotton thong panty, and the entire torso section is lined in soft stretch cotton so it feels very smooth on the skin. It helps to quickly remove post surgery swelling and bruising if you choose the right size for your body. The fabric holds up to extended wearing without stretching out and the cotton fabric butt "pop out" makes the garment both more comfortable across your backside and hips and cooler to wear.Fit: Snug based on the size chart, but correct (Medium was the correct size for me according to the chart, and it is difficult but very possible to hook up). The garment is very snug through the hips (across the hip bones), and less snug through the waist and upper abdomen. My hips at the hip bones are 33" around and it is a trial to get the garment closed, but comfortable once done up. For the waist and upper abdomen, I have to use a smaller set of hooks, which isn't ideal, but does work. It goes up right to the bottom of my bra cups and covers most of my back, which is good so there are no extra bulges or pinching. The thighs are nice and snug on post-surgery legs, but might be a little too loose if your legs aren't swollen or curvy. Fortunately, the legs are snug all the way to the knee, so you won't get any weird bulges like I did with a shorter length garment. The lace edged leg opening is loose, and you won't fill it out unless your legs are quite swollen past the knee.If you are short waisted, you might not need the slide-on shoulder pads under the straps. I found they made garments look strange, so I removed them without any problems with the straps bothering the skin. If you have a long torso, you'll probably leave the pads in place.Yes, the hook-up center section does buckle and warp when you sit, but it doesn't pinch or look conspicuous under normal summer clothing. If you want to wear this under something clingy or skin-skimming, you will notice both the ridge of the center front and all of the ripples as you sit. The only way to prevent the folding is with boning (like a steel boned corset), so I find it an acceptable tradeoff.

Great faja for MMO post week 2
I bought this faja for my MMO and wore it 2 1/2 weeks later. At first i tried it and it looked very small and I wanted that to help swelling from tummy tuckand lipo. The material stretches and is breathable but it adds the needed comprension to avoid fluid buildup. This is comfortable and adds good back support especially after muscle repair. I also add foams or the boards if i need extra compression. I also like how it’s not so close to your breasts especially if you have had any kind of augmentation, you don’t want it rubbing on incisions.I love how it has different hooks to make it smaller especially in my case as swelling goes down. I know once this one is big i will be buying a smaller one. It makes your body look great! Just for reference i am 5’3 and weigh 133 and i purchased a size small. I usually wear jeans size 28”.

WORN SEVERAL TIMES AND LAUNDERED :-(
Fajas fit so different from brand to brand. I totally understand that. But, it's so inconsiderate for a buyer to actually wear a garment several times, launder it and then return it as NEW. I received this item and it's too small still for me as I'm 2 weeks post op and still need more swelling to subside before I can wear this. However, the first thing I noticed when I opened THE PACKAGE is that it was NOT NEW. Ladies, please don't send back USED UNDERGARMENTS... it's not cool at all.

Perfect for aggressive lipo
This is going to be a thorough review since I’ve tried a million of these garments and hope to help someone who may have my same problems.Im 5’0, bust 39, waist 32, hips 47. I bought a 3x. I had liposuction of pretty much my whole body as well as tummy tuck and could not tolerate all the swelling. I’m three weeks post op and I just thought I wasn’t drinking enough water which is why my swelling was not subsiding but turns out I was using the wrong garment this whole time. Now swelling isn’t just an issue for aesthetic reasons, I was always hunched over in pain because my belly was always distended and my lower back was sore. I also had hard lumps of fluids accumulated along my groin from not being compressed enough. Whenever I compressed my belly, the water would shift right to the inner thigh area. I did lymphatic massages but they were too painful and the lumps would just come right back. Most garments do not compress all the way to the groin due to being crotch less which caused a lot of problems with fluid shifting in weird areas. Marena garments are comfy but ineffective for aggressive liposuction I’ve found. The material for this garment is stretchy but still thick and great at really compressing. The thigh portion REALLY gets up in your groin area, leaving no gaps for fluid to shift to which is one of the best things about this garment.Another great thing is the waist trainer style top which allows you to adjust it according to which stage you’re in so you don’t have to keep buying more garments. I bought a 3x because my hips are 47 inches and it fit perfectly around them. My waist is smaller, 32 inches but because it’s adjustable I just fasten it onto the tightest clip and it works great. I will say though, I have a pretty short torso so the top actually covers my boobs when it’s supposed to stay under them. But this is just due to my body type, however, I’m able to remedy this by just leaving the first top clips undone and it works out fine. My recommendation is to stick to the sizing chart exactly according to your hip size and you should be fine. What I also like about this garment is that you can access and cover up your crotch easily. I hated other garments where your business would just be exposed all the time. The opening is perfect for using the bathroom and the flap allows you to completely cover up everything easily again. This garment hits right below the knees which is good if you had knee lipo like I did. Also the bottom has a lace detail which is cute but is also great because it doesn’t roll up.Getting on the garment wasn’t as difficult as I thought it would be. When you first put your legs in and look at the waist trainer portion you’re like how the hell am I gonna do this but the trick is to lay down and it makes it much easier. I was able to do it by myself in about 5-10 minutes. If you’re earlier in the post op stage you may need a second person to help you since it could be a work out.Overall: if you need good inner thigh and tummy compression this is for you. Follow the size chart according to your hips, not waist.
