The item was exactly as advertised for replacement of Kubota 121-3 mini excavator factory radiator. It arrived with new cap included (a $30 addition at the dealer) and this unit actually has an additional easy access drain port on the bottom front, in addition to the rear drain, as designed by manufacturer. I would have given the product 5 stars if it had been better packaged. Upon unboxing, I found the lower hose port had torn through two internal layers of cardboard and working its way through the outer box. Luckily it did not sustain any damage and has no leaks.

No issues and works as it should. FYI, nuts are taped to the side of the radiator.
